Navjot S. Bhatia
As a P1 Licensee, Navjot S. Bhatia has dedicated her practice not only helping accident victims seek justice but also to giving her clients the extra attention and care they need and deserve.
Navjot S. Bhatia began her legal career in 1999 and got licenced with the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008. She worked with many recognized firms as a Sr. Clerk and realized that one day she would want to open up her own firm. In the beginning of 2013 she decided it was time to provide a voice for victims who were silenced by the actions of others. The invaluable experience she obtained strengthened her aspirations of facilitating justice and advocating for the rights of those who have been injured.
Navjot’s legal career led her to work as a BI insurance analyst affording her the opportunity to gain insight and understanding into how insurance companies evaluate and litigate personal injury claims. It is the little guy’s inability to fight for himself against these large corporations that pushes her to succeed in her daily fight for clients’ rights and necessities.
These experiences have provided Navjot S. Bhatia with a unique perspective that enables her to aggressively and effectively pursue personal injury claims on behalf of her clients. As a Founding Partner of Cervini Bhatia Professional Corporation, she has the resources and support necessary to zealously fight for her clients and obtain the exceptional results that each one deserves.
Even when she’s not at the office, Navjot finds ways to help others, and along with the firm, she supports many charitable organizations. In the near future she hopes to open a facility to help those that have been abused and need support.
